BLANKBLANK Journal

Editorial policy

How we write

The BLANK Journal is written by the people who make BLANK products. That makes it different from most food and wellness blogs in one specific way: when we write about monk fruit, blue light, or e-ink screens, we are usually writing about something we have already bought, tested, formulated, or eaten.

Who writes it

Prince Jain is the founder of BLANK. He formulates the chocolate, picks the devices we stock, and writes most of what appears here. Articles carry a real name and a real date. When we get something wrong, we fix it and note the correction on the page.

The product rule

BLANK sells chocolate, sweeteners, glasses, and e-ink devices. Articles mention our products only where they genuinely fit the topic, and each mention is labelled. We do not pad posts with product plugs, and we do not review our own products as if we were a neutral third party.

The evidence rule

Health and sleep articles cite primary sources, mostly papers indexed on PubMed, and we link them inline. Where the evidence is weak or mixed, we say it is weak or mixed. Where we only have our own testing, we label it as our own testing and not a clinical finding.

The medical line

Nothing here is medical advice. We write about ingredients, devices, and habits. Dosing, treatment, and diagnosis are a clinician's job, not ours.

Corrections

If you spot an error, write to us through the contact route on blankar.com. Factual corrections are made on the article itself with an updated date.
